UK Anti-Doping updates privacy policies in accordance with GDPR
UK Anti-Doping (UKAD) has updated its privacy policy and athlete privacy policy in accordance with new GDPR legislation which comes into force on Friday 25 May 2018.
UKAD has clarified its basis for processing information, but users now have some additional rights, such as the right to object and the right to be forgotten where processing is no longer taking place.
Informational newsletters will continue to be sent on an existing consent basis, but you may unsubscribe at any time.
UKAD continues to be certified to ISO27001, which helps us to ensure the security of its systems and the personal data we process.
