This section provides information to athletes who are required to submit their Whereabouts to the Anti-Doping Administration and Management System (ADAMS).
Updating Your Whereabouts - ADAMS App
- The ADAMS app is now available for iPhone and Android mobile devices.
- You must submit your Whereabouts in ADAMS before you can update via the app.

Please note that some models of mobile phone (among them some Samsung Galaxy models) may not be compatible with the app. If your phone does not use on screen navigation buttons then you may not be able to see the menu. WADA is in the process of addressing this with a redesigned app, but in the meantime, you can trigger the menu button by keeping a finger pressed on the button to the right of the middle one on the frame of the phone for 3 seconds. If you are still encountering difficulties, please let us know and continue to use the website version of the site for now.

Emergency Changes to Your Whereabouts
Emergency updates can be made to Whereabouts Filings up to one minute before the specified hour commences. This should be on ADAMS via the app or website where possible. If you are experiencing difficulty accessing the site, please use the alternative contact and update methods below:

These methods should be used for last minute updates where access to ADAMS is not possible.
