ADAMS and Whereabouts

How do I update ADAMS in an emergency?

Athletes only need to submit last minute updates if the location or time of the 60-minute slot is changing.

Changes can be made to Whereabouts Filings up to one minute before the specified hour commences. There are a number of ways this can be done:

Whereabouts system: ADAMS
Phone: 008000 943 7378 (WHERE R U) (not available from USA and Australia)
Text: +44 (0) 77 8148 0710
Email: athlete@ukad.org.uk

NOTE: The update must be received before the start of your specified hour for it to be considered in any investigation of a Missed Test.
